Changing your application
- Before we submit your documents: you can change your dates, cities of stay or traveler details at no extra cost. Tell us as early as possible.
- After submission: a change may need a new application, and a new fee may apply.
- Change of entry or exit port: this is treated as a new route and is charged separately, at least the difference in fare between the two routes.
- Mistakes in your visa: any mistake in your visa (such as a wrong name, passport number or date) is corrected within 1 day of you telling us, free of cost.
