Terms and conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply when you use 144visa.com (the website) and our application service. By ticking the box on the application form and paying, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy and refund and cancellation policy.

1. Who we are

The website and service are operated by M/S Mali Ram & Sons, which trades under the brand name 144visa.com ("we", "us"), GSTIN 07AKUPA8697D1ZN, office at A-94, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase 2, New Delhi, Delhi - 110064. You can reach us at support@144visa.com or on +91 78277 44144.

2. Our service

We collect your trip details and documents, check them for completeness and submit them to an authorized Chinese destination management company (DMC) partner, which handles the transit arrangement on the China side. We update you on the phone number you give us.

We are a private service provider. We are not a government office, we do not issue visas, and we do not make immigration decisions.

3. No guarantee of entry

Immigration officers, airlines, ferry and other carriers, and the DMC make decisions that we do not control. We cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted, that you will be allowed to board, or that you will be allowed to enter or stay. Rules and their application can change without notice.

4. Who can apply and what you must do

  • Each traveler needs their own valid passport. An application must include at least 2 travelers.
  • You must give accurate, complete and current information, and upload genuine documents. You are responsible for everything you submit.
  • You must hold the other documents your trip needs, such as confirmed hotel bookings, onward or exit tickets, and a Hong Kong PAR where your route uses Hong Kong.
  • If you apply for other travelers, you confirm that you have their permission to share their documents with us.
  • Ports available: you can enter China through Hong Kong or Macau, and exit through Hong Kong, Macau or Guangzhou.

5. Fees and payment

  • Fares are charged per traveler for the route you choose and are shown before GST. We add GST at 18%.
  • A payment processing fee, charged to us by our payment provider, is added to your total and shown before you pay.
  • Hong Kong PAR preparation is included at no extra charge.
  • Payments are taken in Indian rupees through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Your application is treated as received only when your payment is confirmed.

6. Refunds, changes and cancellations

These are covered in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

6A. Our delay promise

  • Delay caused by us. If your visa or confirmation comes later than we promised because of us or our team, and you have to stay longer in Hong Kong or Macau only because of that wait, we pay the extra costs of those extra days. This includes extra hotel nights, food, and other reasonable costs, including any extra booking you have to make for those days. We cover the extra days only, not your whole trip.
  • Urgent processing. If you paid the urgent fee and we could not deliver in the time we promised, the same promise applies: we pay the extra costs you actually had because of the delay.
  • If you had no extra cost. If we are late but you have not had to pay anything extra (for example, you are still at home in India), there is no refund of the fare or the urgent fee. The promise covers costs you actually had, not the service fee.
  • How to claim. Call or WhatsApp us as soon as you know about the delay, and keep your bills and receipts. We will confirm the extra days and pay the documented costs.
  • Not covered. Delays caused by incorrect or missing documents from the traveler, by the decisions of authorities, airlines or immigration officers, or by events outside our control. The visa itself is never guaranteed.

See also our refund and cancellation policy.

6B. Free correction of mistakes in your visa

If there is any mistake in the visa or confirmation we arrange for you (for example a wrong name, passport number or date), tell us as soon as you notice it. We will get it corrected within 1 day of you telling us, free of cost. This free correction does not cover a change of entry or exit port. A port change is not a correction: it is charged separately, at least the difference in fare between the two routes. Contact us for the price before you ask for it.

7. Documents and your data

By submitting documents you allow us to use them to deliver the service and to share them with our DMC partner in China. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not submit false, altered or someone else's documents without their permission, and do not misuse the website or try to interfere with its security. We may refuse or stop an application where we suspect this.

9. Our responsibility

We will carry out the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions by authorities or carriers, for delays or losses caused by them, by events beyond our control, or by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide. Our total liability for any claim relating to an application is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay is the version that applies to your application. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved, subject to any rights you have under law.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@144visa.com or the contact page.
