This cancellation policy applies to applications made on 144visa.com, operated by M/S Mali Ram & Sons. It is part of our terms and conditions and should be read with our refund policy.
How to cancel
To cancel an application, email support@144visa.com or call / WhatsApp +91 92664 51451 with your name, phone number and payment ID. We confirm every cancellation request on your phone number or email.
Cancellation before we submit your documents
You can cancel at any time before we submit your documents to our DMC partner. We cancel the application and refund the fare and GST you paid, as set out in our refund policy. The payment processing fee charged by the payment gateway, and the GST on it, is not refundable.
Cancellation after we submit your documents
Once your documents have been submitted, the service has been carried out and the application cannot be cancelled for a refund, except in the cases listed in our refund policy.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an application if we are unable to submit it, if our DMC partner declines it for a reason not caused by you, or if the documents provided are not genuine. If we cancel for a reason that is not caused by you, we refund the full amount you paid.
Changes instead of cancellation
If you only need to change your dates or details, tell us as early as possible. Changes before submission are usually free. A change of entry or exit port is charged separately.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds after a cancellation are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
